PIP Food Truck Application & Payment

By submitting your application you are acknowledging that you understand and will adhere to the below mentioned items: • The food vendor fee is $100 and is NOT REFUNDABLE • All booth spaces will be 20’ x 20’ (Additional Sizes Available at Additional Cost) • All vendors must provide their own electricity • Proof of liability insurance is required prior to the event (minimum of $1,000,000) • All food service licensing requirements are the responsibility of the vendor • The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse any application and to limit food choices to assure there are no duplicates • The event will go on rain or shine. FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER/NATURAL CAUSES • APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PAYMENT BY July 15, 2022…first come, first serve.
